The invention discloses a hilicidum dry suspension for preventing and treating ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The dry suspension comprises 20-2000 parts of hilicidum, 20-2000 parts of filling agent, 20-200 parts of suspending aid, 20-100 parts of flow aid, 20-100 parts of lubricating agent, 1-50 parts of surfactant and 1-50 parts of flavouring agent by weight. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps: grinding the hilicidum, then sieving the ground hilicidum with a 120-mesh sieve, respectively drying and grinding the auxiliary materials except the flavouring agent, sieving the ground materials with a 100-mesh sieve, uniformly mixing the hilicidum with the filling agent and the suspending aid by an equivalent gradual increase method, then adding the flow aid, the lubricating agent and the flavouring agent and fully mixing the materials uniformly to obtain solid powder, thus obtaining the target preparation. The hilicidum dry suspension is applied to medicaments for preventing and/or treating ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. The hilicidum in the hilicidum dry suspension can obviously reduce the volume of global cerebral ischemic and focal ischemic cerebral infarction and is used for preventing and treating ischemic cerebral infarction.
