The invention relates to a white light emitting device, a manufacturing method and application thereof. The white light emitting device comprises an ultraviolet light emitting diode chip, first fluorescent powder and second fluorescent powder, wherein the ultraviolet light emitting diode chip is used for generating first radiation; the first fluorescent powder consists of Zn(C3N2H4) powder and isexcited through the first radiation to convert a part of the first radiation into second radiation; the second fluorescent powder is excited through the first radiation/or the second radiation to generate third radiation; and the third radiation is mixed with the first radiation and/or the second radiation to form white light. The white light emitting device can effectively brighten a white lightsource, because only two kinds of fluorescent powder are used, the cost is lower, and the technology for obtaining the white light by allocating the proportion of the fluorescent powder is easier.
