Comparison of CD_4~+ T Cell Subsets in MDS and AML Changes and its Clinical Significance

Objective Through the comparison of myelodysplastic syndrome and acute myeloid leukemia patients with changes in the number of Thl,Th2,Thl7 and Treg cells,immune cells to the status of the two diseases,to analyze its clinical significance.Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the refractory anemia(RA) group of 20 cases,refractory anemia with excess blasts(RAEB) group 25 cases;15 cases in group AML level in peripheral blood of patients with Thl,Th2,Thl7 and Treg cells,analyzing and processing the data using SPSS 13.0 statistical software.Results Compared to the normal control group,Th1,Th17 cells and Th1 / Th2 were increased in MDS-RA group(P 0.05),MDS RAEB group and AML group were lower(P 0.05);Th2 cell ratio in MDS-RA group decreased(P 0.05),MDS-RAEB group and AML group increased(P 0.05);and Treg MDS-RA cells the proportion of group had no statistical significance(P 0.05),MDS-RAEB group and AML group increased(P 0.05).Compared with MDS-RA group,MDS-RAEB group,Th1,ratio of Th17 cells and Th1 / Th2 decreased(P 0.05),while Th2 and Treg cells increased(P 0.05).Compared with MDS-RAEB group,AML group,Th1 cell ratio decreased(P 0.05),increased Th2 and Treg cells(P 0.05),while Th17 cells and Th1/Th2 had no statistical significance(P 0.05).Conclusion Th cell to Th1 cell polarization,Th1 / Th2 cytokine network of Th17 cells was significantly increased as the main performance of damage in the early stage of MDS excessive hematopoietic inhibitory factor might be the main cause of hematopoietic function failure;Th cell to Th2 cell polarization,reduce the proportion of Th17 cells,Treg cells increased caused by abnormal clone cell accumulation may be the main reason of hematopoietic function failure in the late MDS stage and AML.
