The utility model relates to a cleaning device for a glass substrate and particularly relates to a spray cleaning device for a glass substrate. The spray cleaning device for the glass substrate comprises spray tubes located at the upper side and lower side of a transmission wheel and nozzles installed at the ends of the spray tubes, wherein the diameters of the spray tubes are 40-60 mm, the included angles between the nozzles and a horizontal line are 75-85 degrees, and the distances from the upper nozzle and the lower nozzle at the both ends of the spray tubes at the both sides to the midpoint of the nozzles are 50-100 mm. In the spray cleaning device for the glass substrate disclosed by the utility model, a spray opening at the front end of each spray nozzle is enlarged about twice, and the flow rate can be increased about four folds under the same pressure according to the relationship of the spray-opening diameter and the spray-water flow rate by only increasing the power of a water supply pump; the inclination of the substrate is avoided by adjusting the included angles of the nozzles and the substrate; and the nozzles at the both ends of all the spray tubes in the units are lengthened, so that the distances between the nozzles at the both ends of the spray tubes and the substrate are shortened, and the two long sides of the substrate are intensively washed and the other nozzles ensure uniform cleaning for the whole substrate, thus ensuring the operation requirement of the substrate and improving the cleaning effect.
