Aqueous polyester enameled wire insulating paint and production process of same

2017
The invention discloses aqueous polyester enameled wire insulating paint comprising, by weight, a components A, including 15-30% of modified polyester resin, 20-40% of a butyl acetate solvent and 1-2% of a nonionic emulsifier, deionized water added to 100%; a component B, including 40-50% of a curing agent, 40-50% of deionized water, and 5-10% of an alcohol ether type cosolvent. A production method include a step of uniformly mixing the component A and the component B according to the ratio of 100:20-50 to prepare the enameled wire insulating paint. In the invention, the modified polyester resin is dissolved in special organic solvent, and the emulsifier and deionized water are added for performing high-speed forced emulsification; an aqueous hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) curing agent and a high-boiling-point alcohol ether type cosolvent are added to the produced emulsion, and then coating and bake-curing are carried out without change on conditions in an existing coating construction process. With the deionized water instead of organic solvent, emission of volatile organic pollutants is reduced, so that the enameled wire insulating paint is environment-friendly and human-friendly.
