Caravana agroecologia do Centro-Oeste: construção dos saberes, dos sabores e do modo de vida

The present work aims at exposing the experiences of members of the Agroecology Center forstudies of Savannah of Minas Gerais region (NACEM), in the Agro-ecological Caravan of theCenter-West, Reporting the experience of knowing other regions of the country since we arelocated in the Southeast region, in Alto do Paranaiba, the possibility of observing the diversityof the biome of other regions, exchanges of agro-ecological experiences along the journey andcultural traditions. Another key point of the caravan was the possibility of establishing contactwith other Agroecology Center for studies, and discuss about the difficulties, experiences experienced,and increase the network of agroecology.
