The invention discloses a revolution body object pose vision measurement method. The method comprises the following steps: based on a vision measurement technique, and respectively distributing two high-speed cameras on the side surface and the lower surface of an object by adopting two high-speed cameras; setting a mark on the object for measuring a rolling angle and a mass center position of the object; and calculating to obtain position and posture information of the object by extracting a mark line and an axial contour line on the object surface in images captured by the cameras. The position and posture information of the revolution body object obtained by using the method disclosed by the technical scheme of the invention has the advantages of high precision, high robustness and large measurement range compared with that of an existing measurement technology.
