A preparing method of antibacterial flame retardant down fibers

The invention discloses a preparing method of antibacterial flame retardant down fibers, and relates to the technical field of down processing. The method includes steps of (1) feather pretreatment, (2) feather powder preparation, (3) filiform down fiber preparation, (4) down fiber modification and (5) down fiber shaping. The down fibers prepared by the method are modified with chlorinated polyvinylchloride, nanometer rubber powder, sodium trifluomethanesulfonate and ferrocene. On the basis of ensuring original flexible and light properties and a warm-keeping property of the down fibers, an antibacterial property and flame retardance are significantly enhanced, thus improving using performance of the down fibers as a down product filler.
