Sichere Kennzeichnung von Rindern

Within the framework of the IDEA-project, till now about 30000 heads of cattle were identified with three different transponder vari-ants. The results hitherto attained show a high reliability of the identification media. The reading devices required (stationary and mobile) do not fulfil yet fully the requirements on reliable, automated cattle identification in practice.
