The induced signal transduction in Acer negundo after feeding-damaged by Anoplophora glabripennis

2006
The levels of jasmonic acid(JA) and abscisic acid(ABA) increased, while the level of salicylic acid (SA) decreased after ashleaf maple(Acer negundo L.) was damaged by Anoplophora glabripennis.JA and ABA were the signal chemicals to defend the damage. The increased content of JA and ABA showed that the signal transduction was induced after feeding-damage.
