Track Record of Nondestructive Testing Methods Applied to Steel Plate Quality Indexes at Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Company

This article describes the implementation stages of nondestructive testing (NDT) methods at Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Company, starting with the creation of the first NDT devices. Aspects of the application of current NDT applications and their development are reviewed.
