Skid-mounted device for treating oil field fractured and acidized wastewater and treatment method

The invention relates to a skid-mounted device for treating oil field fractured and acidized wastewater and a treatment method. The skid-mounted device is composed of three skid units including a primary air flotation skid unit, a microelectrolysis-secondary air flotation skid unit and a filtering skid unit. Facilities related to all the treatment skid units are fixed together with a platform through steel structures; the facilities are connected through pipelines with different specifications according to a process flow; and relevant instruments and control systems are integrated on a skid. As a whole, a water outlet of the primary air flotation skid unit is connected with a water inlet of the microelectrolysis-secondary air flotation skid unit; a water outlet of the microelectrolysis-secondary air flotation skid unit is connected with a water inlet of the filtering skid unit; and fast joints are used as joints and are connected through steel pipes or hoses. The skid-mounted device is capable of forming the skid as a whole, meeting different requirements of vehicle-mounted mobile operation and site setting treatment and effectively treating and recycling the fractured and acidized wastewater, compact in layout, small in floor area, high in treatment efficiency and stable in operation; and all the treatment skid units are high in site layout flexibility.
