Organic el panel

An organic EL panel comprising: a plurality of first electrodes arranged in a line with gaps between each other on a substrate; a plurality of lyophilic banks for establishing a plurality of light-emitting regions, the lyophilic banks being disposed on the substrate so as to sandwich the plurality of first electrodes in the arrangement direction; an organic functional layer formed on each of the plurality of light-emitting regions; and a second electrode formed on the organic functional layer, wherein the organic functional layer includes a first light-emitting layer formed at least in every other light-emitting region of the plurality of light-emitting regions, and a second light-emitting layer integrally formed along all of the plurality of light-emitting regions.
