PET (polyethylene terephthalate) cotton packing tie rolling device

The invention discloses a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) cotton packing tie rolling device. The PET cotton packing tie rolling device is provided with eight set of tie rolling machines which are equidistantly and horizontally arranged. The eight set of tie rolling machines are connecting with a horizontal support frame and penetrate through a horizontal long shaft. Each set of tie rolling machines is provided an upper adjusting gear and a lower gear which are engaged in one pair, the lower gears are fixedly sleeved on the long shaft, the upper adjusting gears are fixedly sleeved on short shafts which are arranged right above the long shaft and parallel to the same, lower rollers fixedly sleeved on the long shaft are arranged besides the lower gears, and upper rollers fixedly sleeved on the short shafts and right above the lower rollers are arranged besides the upper adjusting gears. Before penetrating of packing ties, seams smaller than the width of the packing ties are reserved between the upper rollers and the lower rollers, two ends of the short shafts are fixedly and supportively connected with two lateral sides of lower U-shaped plates with openings facing downwards, the support frame is right above the lower U-shaped plates, and upper U-shaped plates with openings facing upwards are placed right above the support frame in a contacted manner and are fixedly connected with a handle. During penetrating of the packing ties, eight PET packing ties are subjected to rapid penetrating at the same time.
