Validez y confiabilidad del instrumento determinante humano en la implementación del currículo de educación física

The objective of this article is to account for the process of validation and reliability of the instrument of ideation of the variables of the human determinant in the implementation of the National Curriculum of Ecuadorian Education, the reference places for companies specific to the human condition of teachers that are based on the management capacity and the ability to organize and launch in the marching project in Ecuador. The instrument was a questionnaire and was cleared in 14 Likert scale items, in the 603 professors of physical education of nine Zonal Coordinations. Validation of items was performed through the trial of seven 0.85 experts. The Cronbach Alpha value obtained is 0.903 corresponding to a very high reliability index, which means instrument that is practical and reliable for data collection. The results of this being processed following the descriptive and inferential statistics.
