Capabilities of the RELICT 2 mission

1991
Abstract We review the advantages of satellite-borne experiment for studying the large-scale anisotropy in comparison with ground-based and balloon experiments; the state of RELICT 2 project. The RELICT 2 mission will measure the large scale anisotropy and the spectrum of the 2.7 K cosmic background. RELICT 2 should probe deeply the 10 −6 ΔT/T barrier, down to the level of the based CDM model. We have some results of the preliminary testing of RELICT 2 complex. In particularly, at 34 GHz we received the sensitivity about 3 mK/√Hz at 77 K.
