Epidemiological analysis of perinatal congenital heart disease based on hospital monitoring

Objective To understand occurrence and development trends of the provincial perinatal congenital heart disease,grasp its epidemiological characteristics,selection of appropriate diagnostic method.Methods According to the national hospital based birth defects surveillance programs,with the province in 75 hospitals which had reported from 2007 to 2010 year were retrospectively analyzed.Results Incidence rate of four year congenital heart disease fluctuated,the minimum was 4.45 per ten thousand in 2007,the maximum was 5.56 per ten thousand in 2010,average congenital heart disease incidence rate was 4.97 / 10000.In 2007 sixth birth defects,nearly 3 years had been in fifth; 4 years report of 375 cases with congenital heart disease,male 149 cases,female 225 cases,of unknown gender in 1 case; 217 cases of villages 158 cases of; By ultrasound diagnosis in 303 cases,the proportion was 80.8％ ; one in 285 cases,combined with other malformation in 90 cases.Conclusions To improve the prenatal diagnosis of congenital heart disease with B ultrasound,pay attention on focus groups,can reduce the incidence of congenital heart disease.
