The embodiments of the invention disclose an IO (Input-Output) processing dynamic reconstitution system and a method used in a touch display industrial controller. According to one of the embodiments, the system comprises an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) graphic display control unit with touch control, a main controller part which mainly consists of singlechips, a periphery auxiliary circuit for accomplishing the input-output function and an IO coprocessor which mainly consists of FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) chips, wherein the FPGA chips are connected with the singlechips in the main controller in a user-defining bus mode; the clock of the coprocessor is isolated from the clocks of the singlechips; with the combination of software step programming of the singlechips, the IO expansion function is achieved, and the singlechips in the main controller are connected with the configuration interfaces of the FPGA chips s as to achieve dynamic reconstitution of IO processing. By additionally arranging the coprocessor consisting of the FPGA in the main controller of the touch display industrial controller, a multifunctional IO processing support system which can be dynamically reconstituted can be provided for the touch display industrial controller.
