Atrophie villositaire associée à une hypoparathyroïdie idiopathique corrigée par la 1 alpha-hydroxyvitamine D3 et le calcium

Abstract We record the case of a 82 years old woman with an idiopathic hypoparathyroidism (calcemia: 1,28 mmol/l; PTHi: 5,7 pg/ml) associated to a complete villous atrophy. Restitutio ad integrum of the intestinal mucosa was obtained by the sole treatment of hypoparathyroidism with calcium and 1 alpha (OH) D3.
