He-Ne激光照射对口腔颌面部肿瘤患者IL2、IL2R的作用研究

Detecting 60 malignant tumor patents IL-2, IL-2R and sIL-2R activity after and before He-Ne laser therapy by R3H-TdR incorporation method, enzyme labeling technology and indirect immunofluorescence technology. Results indicated that tumor patients IL-2R activity and lymphocyte membrane IL-2R were both decreased obviously, while sIL-2R in serum increased evidently Compared with the result after laser therapy, P＜0.01. This shows that He-Ne laser irradiation can modify IL-2 system.
