ORIF is risky in terms of infections and soft tissue damage. Ex Fix, by means of the ligamentotaxis, associated or not to minimally invasive procedures, offers similar outcomes.We describe an Ex Fix technique, focusing on a good joint and diaphysis reduction, that can be standardized and is repeatable.
