Clinical features of the 78 patients with brochiectasis in acute exacerbation

Objective To investgate the clinical features of two different type of bronchiectasis in acute exacerbation.Methods Included in April 2007 to March 2008,Sichuan University hospital in hospitalized bronchiectasis 78 cases of patients with acute exacerbation of the clinical data.According to whether the merger of other systems will be divided into two groups:simple group and the existence of complications group.According to CT scoring system for supporting extended range score,the etiology of sputum examination.Comparison of the clinical performance of two groups of patients,CT score,the difference between bacterial infection.Results Two groups of patients in the clinical performance of the scope of CT lesion had no significant difference in score.The existence of complications in patients with sputum culture positive rate(53.85%),and simply extend support group(46.15%),the difference was statistically unsignificant.There are complications in the patients group,the mixed infection(19.23%)than a simple branch expansion group(3.85%)was significantly increased,with statistically significant differences.Result the existence of other system complications would increased mixed infection risk than a simple patient.
