Lasiodiplodia theobromae causes diseases on mango, mangosteen and pamelo

The L.theobrome is cosmos fungi. The fungi were found all over the world and are limited factor for crop products in storage. From 2004 the biocharacteris and host spectrum of fungi has been studying in diagnosis and identification Plant Disease lab, of National Institute for Plant Protection. The fungi causing fruit rot or dieback on mango, magosten, grape, the development of L.theobromae is very quickly on PDA, CA, kidney bean aga and Chapek mediums. But fungi only sporulate on Chapek medium. PDA medium add Roval 750WG concentration 0,61g ai/l the isolate from mangosten can grow. The PDA medium content Viben C 50BTN 0,9g ai/l isolates fungi from mango and mangosten and the PDA medium content Cacbendazim 50WP 1,25g ai/ 2 isolates from mango maybe grown
