Controlling and managing method of intelligent far-end device and remote terminal

The invention provides a controlling and managing method of an intelligent far-end device and a remote terminal. An authorization list is pre-stored in the remote terminal and comprises the intelligent device allowing the remote terminal to control and manage the intelligent device. The controlling and managing method comprises the steps that the remote terminal sends a search request to the intelligent device in the authorization list after acquiring an IP address; the search response of the intelligent device is received, and the position information of the intelligent device is acquired from the search response and recorded; a description request is sent to the intelligent device according to the recorded position information; after the description information of an intelligent device response is received, the description information is analyzed and shown so that a control order corresponding to the description information can be determined; when the operation on the control order is detected, a control request is sent to the intelligent device so that the intelligent device can be controlled; the control response fed by the intelligent device is received and used for being recorded and shown. The method is good in extensibility and transportability, and suitable for being applied and popularized in the field of Internet of Things.
