Economic Relations Between the Federal Republic of Germany and the German Democratic Republic

The special economic relations which exist between the two German states can be seen in trade and commerce (Intra-German Trade), as well as in the contractually-arranged payments to the GDR from the Federal Budget, as well as from other FRG public funds.
