Polymer complexes. V: Thermal stability of poly (acrylamido-4-aminoantipyrinyl) homopolymer and polymer complexes of acrylamido-4-aminoantipyrinyl with some transition metal salts

Poly(acrylamido-4-aminoantipyrinyl) homopolymer and polymer complexes of acrylamido-4-aminoantipyrinyl with some transition metal bromides and uranyl acetate have been prepared. The materials were characterized by elemental analysis, UV-vis and infrared spectroscopy, and measurement of the magnetic moment. The thermal stabilities of the homopolymer and of the polymer complexes were studied by means of thermogravimetry. The activation energies of the degradation of the samples were calculated. Poly(acrylamido-4-aminoantipyrinyl) und polymere Komplexe von Acrylamido-4-aminoantipyrinyl mit einigen Ubergangsmetallbromiden sowie mit Uranylacetat wurden hergestellt. Die Substanzen wurden mittels Elementaranalyse, UV-vis-und Infrarotspektroskopie sowie Messung des magnetischen Moments charakterisiert. Die thermische Stabilitat des Homopolymers und der Polymerkomplexe wurde thermogravimetrisch bestimmt. Die Aktivierungsenergie des Abbaus der Proben wurde berechnet.
