The Application and Dynamic Calculation of N Concentration Depth Profile in N-implanted Gold

The gold film-strengthening course of the latest 20 years is investigated and the unsuccessful reasons for previous attempts to produce gold nitride are analyzed.The N concentration depth profiles are calculated by using a Tridyn code and the conditions of formation are discussed,thereby putting forward some possible ways to improve the combination of gold nitride.
