System for filling firestop in a perforated aperture and a manufacturing method thereof

2009
PURPOSE: A system for filling up a perforated aperture with firestop materials and a construction method thereof are provided to enable the uniform construction of heat insulating material and finishing foaming agent in a space between a reinforcing runner and a perforating member. CONSTITUTION: A system(100) for filling up a perforated aperture with firestop materials comprises a reinforcing runner(130), a heat insulating material(140), and a finishing foaming agent(150). The reinforcing runner is inserted into boundary ends(11a,11b) and a hollow portion(12) of a reference wall(10), so the hollow portion of a perforated aperture(101) is blocked. The heat insulating material is located between the reinforcing runner and a perforating member, so the perforated aperture fills up. The heat insulating material blocks the heat transmission from the reference wall to the perforating member. The finishing foaming agent is expanded and foamed by high temperature in fire, so the heat transmission is blocked from the reference wall to the perforating member.
