The invention relates to a heavy load rolling bearing accelerated fatigue test device and belongs to the mechanical engineering technical field. The device comprises a driving device, a transmission device, an experimental test device, a loading device, a guide rail device and an anti-overload protective device; the guide device is installed on the ground; the driving device, the transmission device, the experimental test device and the loading device are installed on the guide rail device respectively; the driving device is connected with one end of the transmission device; the other end of the transmission device is connected with one end of the experimental test device; the other end of the experimental test device is connected with the loading device; the driving device is connected with the transmission device through the anti-overload protective device; and the transmission device is connected with the loading device through the anti-overload protective device. The heavy load rolling bearing accelerated fatigue test device of the invention has the advantages of low cost, simple structure, easiness in realization, simple and convenient maintenance. With the heavy load rolling bearing accelerated fatigue test device adopted, a signal transmission path can be shortened; signal attenuation can be reduced; environmental noise interference can be almost eliminated; a fatigue failure cycle can be shortened; scientific research speed and efficiency can be improved; and the safety factor of a test bed can be improved.
