Study on Influence Factors of Boron Bioavailability of Gray Desert Soil in Shihezi

[Objective]The aim was to study the bioavailability of boron in gray desert soil and provide basis for revealing the influence factors.[Method] The field plot experiment and survey were adopted.[Result]The boron adsorption of Biaoza A1 was 1.48 times than that of Xinluzao 26.With the increase of irrigation and P,the content of boron in plant was increased.The higher the soil organic matter,the lower validity of boron was.When conductivity is less than 0.7 mS/cm or pH value between 8.1-8.5,the content of boron in gray desert soil was below the critical indicator.[Conclusion] The results showed that genotype influenced boron bioavailability and high yield breed need more boron.Boron bioavailability of gray desert soil would be rise with the raising amount of P fertilizer and irrigation.
