The tearing-striping testing device is characterized by comprising a clamp and a drawing and connecting mechanism, wherein the clamp comprises a base and a movable side plate; the base is provided with a first clamping knife; the movable side plate is provided with a second clamping knife; the base and the movable side plate are respectively provided with a connecting fastener; the connecting fasteners lock the base and the movable side plate so as to enable the first clamping knife and the second clamping knife to clamp a tested sample; and the tested sample is fixed together with the drawing and connecting mechanism.
