Transparent antistatic polycarbonate material and preparation method thereof

The present invention discloses a transparent antistatic polycarbonate material and a preparation method thereof. The polycarbonate material is a mixture of polycarbonate and an ionic liquid according to a mass ratio of 100:0.01-10. The preparation method comprises: (1) respectively carrying out vacuum drying on polycarbonate and an ionic liquid for 24-48 h at a temperature of 100-120 DEG C, (2) adding the dried polycarbonate and the dried ionic liquid to melting mixing equipment according to a mass ratio of 100:0.01-10 to carry out melting mixing at a temperature of 240-270 DEG C to obtain a mixture, and (3) discharging the mixture from the melting mixing equipment, and cooling to a room temperature to obtain the polycarbonate material. According to the present invention, the polycarbonate material has excellent transparency and good antistatic property, the preparation method only requires the commonly used melting mixing equipment, and the industrial preparation is simple.
