Análisis de la percepción del cuerpo estudiantil frente a la RSU en la PUJ

2021
From the beginning when the topic of social responsibility was addressed, it has always been inclined towards companies; such practices were an ethical manual of how companies had to act to be socially responsible and return a positive action towards the environment. With the (passing of) time it was adapted and each organization began to give more importance to USR. Nowadays we already talk about the subject within the universities as the USR. For this research, I introduce the topic of the perception that students of the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences (FCEA) have within a theoretical framework with characteristics of social change, among which are: awareness, social justice, citizenship, and respect for diversity, among others. The research question is: what is the perception that FCEA undergraduate students of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana have about University Social Responsibility practices? The methodology to reach the results was to use an instrument evaluated and approved in research by Bolio and Pinzon in 2019, where 47 reagents that measure the students' perception of social responsibility were found. Therefore, a survey containing the above-mentioned items was conducted among FCEA students, from which it is briefly deduct that there is empathy in what students perceive both positively in characteristics of awareness, commitment and respect for diversity; and negatively, it is highlighted that there is disagreement in citizenship issues. Key words: University Social Responsibility, students, perception.
