Multi-labels Opinions Synthesis for Group Decision-making Based on IOWA Approach

Dealing with group decision making problem with multi-labels expert opinions,an IOWA(Induced Ordered Weighted Average) based opinions synthesis approach was proposed,which induced experts’ weight as ordering variance.Using consistency between individual opinions and group judgment based on SWA(Simple Weighted Average) approach,ordering ambiguity due to not rigid ordering of experts’ weights in IOWA was eliminated.In the end,its application aspects were discussed through an argument example on equipment development.Experimental result shows the validity of the approach.
