Study on Digital Inspection and Planning Technology of Aviation Sheet Metal Parts

Modern aviation products have higher requirements on the quality of sheet metal parts. In order to improve the detection efficiency, we adopt the digital detection and measurement methods instead of the traditional one. The method of digital detection uses CAA tools to carry out secondary development of CATIA to establish a digital inspection planning system for sheet metal parts. This paper proposes to use the CATIA secondary development function to access the model information of the sheet metal parts in the formula editor of CATIA, and accurately extract the feature information of the sheet metal parts. Then the digital detection planning system connects the detection planning module with the feature tolerance query module to improve the accuracy of detection planning. Finally, the research on the output of the inspection plan information based on the IPXML based detection scheme web page publishing technology and the detection report generation technology is studied
