The invention discloses a solar electrochromic dining-chessboard multipurpose table, which comprises a table main body, wherein solar cell panels are embedded around the table main body by a circle; a gear regulating button and a gear display screen are arranged on the side face of the table main body; a single chip microcomputer, a data memory and a driving circuit are arranged inside the table main body, and the data memory and the driving circuit are connected to the single chip microcomputer; the gear regulating button and the gear display screen are connected to the single chip microcomputer; a conductive substrate layer is arranged on the bottommost layer of the tabletop of the table main body; a polymer electrochromic layer, a solid electrolyte layer and a polyester protective layer are sequentially arranged on the conductive substrate layer upwards; the conductive substrate layer and the polymer electrochromic layer are connected to the single chip microcomputer; and the solar cell panels are used for absorbing solar energy and for converting the solar energy into electric energy which is stored for color change of the polymer electrochromic layer. The organic polymer electrochromic layer disclosed by the invention is better in flexibility, richer in developed colors and is passive in light emitting.
