The Study on Topics Selection in the Delphi Survey of Technology Foresight

On the basis of literature review and experiences of technology foresight, this paper firstly analyzes the problems concerning the selection of technology topics for Delphi survey. By defining the conception of technology, this paper points out that there are 6 basic principles for selecting technology topics that would help future selection of technology topics.
