Extraction and industrialization of oil oreganon in Ecuador may represent an important source of employment, from harvest to the transformation of raw materials into finished products. The oreganon is a plant known since many years and has always been used for medicinal purposes and the currently being used in many fields such as in the perfume, food, toiletries; but its main use is in medicine. anti-inflammatories, analgesic, antioxidant and antibiotic, being social benefit representing an economic impact on industrialization: At work a methodology to extract the essential oil of the plant for various medical uses are proposed.
