The sewage silica removal system comprises a first conveying pipeline, a first switch valve, a lifting pump, a second conveying pipeline, a second switch valve, a flow meter, a third switch valve, a first rotational flow reactor, a third conveying pipeline, a fourth switch valve, a second rotational flow reactor, a fourth conveying pipeline, a fifth switch valve, a gravity settling tank, a fifth conveying pipeline and a sixth switch valve. The sewage silica removal system is reasonable and compact in structure and convenient to use, the content of silica in sewage of the oil field sewage reuse boiler is substantially reduced, it is fundamentally avoided that original oil field silica-contained sewage for reuse generates silica scale inside the boiler, the technological problem that the content of silica in the oil field sewage is difficult to reduce can be fundamentally solved, the content of silica in the oil field sewage can be effectively and rapidly reduced, and a good promotion effect on purification of the water quality of the sewage to be subjected to coagulating sedimentation inside the gravity settling tank is achieved.
