A wireless communication device according to an embodiment is a device (10, 10A) for establishing a multi-hop wireless communication network with other devices and wirelessly communicating with these devices at regular intervals, and is provided with: a wireless unit which transmits and receives wireless signals via an antenna; a storage unit which stores timetable information indicating the time slots in which the transmission and reception of the wireless signals are permitted; a communication control unit which controls the transmission and reception of the wireless signals in accordance with the timetable information; and an additional timetable information entering unit which shares the timetable information with said other devices, allocates the transmission and reception tasks of the wireless communication device to empty timeslots indicated by the timetable information, and adds information about the allocation.
