Research on stability prediction and control of the-850 m main roadway in case of fully mechanized caving across mining

The influence on the bottom of the soft rock roadway during the mining period of the 13311 face at Xuzhou Qishan Mine is analyzed by numerical simulation with the FLAC,and it is pointed out that after working across mining,the stress in the two sides and the top and bottom of the roadway increases significantly,the tensile stress is created on the roof and the floor,and fissure damages appear.The plastic zone area is about 1.8 meters,so a pre-consolidation program is made in which the bolts,anchors and grouting combining support technology is adopted,and the deformation of the roadway's surrounding rocks is monitored.The practice on site shows that the roadway's reinforcement is good,the stability and normal use of the roadway are ensured,and the expected results are achieved.
