The double-sound-path gas flow ultrasonic measurement device comprises a single-chip microcomputer unit, a time measurement unit, a drive unit, signal conditioning units and two pairs of transducers arranged on a pipeline, one pair of transducers are symmetrically arranged with the axis of the pipeline as the axis of symmetry, the other pair of transducers are arranged on the upstream side and the downstream side of the pipeline respectively, the single-chip microcomputer unit is connected with the drive unit through the time measurement unit, the drive unit is connected with the two pairs of transducers, and three of the transducers are connected with the time measurement unit through the signal conditioning units. The two pairs of transducers are adopted to measure the travel time of ultrasonic waves perpendicular to the flowing direction of gas and the reverse flow travel time and obverse flow travel time of ultrasonic waves, the actual sound speed of ultrasonic waves in gas media is obtained, and finally gas flow is obtained. The influence on the measurement value of gas flow from factors such as temperature, pressure, humidity and components is eliminated, the obtained gas flow value is high in accuracy, and the application range is wide.
