A Study on Establishing a Windowin College and University Library

According to the contemporary tendency of libraries,it is necessary to establish a window into library,which has positive functions in developing information communications between libraries,and improving capabilities of the staff through exchanging and training.Some suggestions are also proposed on how to establish a window.
