Roof monitor for ventilation and exhaust purifying

The present invention relates to a monitor for indoor ventilation, purification, and exhaustion, and more specifically, to a monitor for indoor ventilation, purification, and exhaustion, in which contaminated air inside a building such as a factory is filtered through a filter and then exhausted to the outside and the filter can be washed and used at a long distance. The monitor for indoor ventilation, purification, and exhaustion, according to the present invention, comprises: a filter part (100) which is disposed inside a framework which is disposed above a building, such as a factory generating contaminated materials and allows indoor air to flow out to the outside, wherein the indoor harmful gas is purified by passing through the filter; a damper part (200) which is spaced apart from a lower portion of the filter part (100), wherein the damper part (200) closes or opens the inside of the framework while rotating inside the framework, thereby adjusting the amount of the indoor air exhausted to the outside; and a washing part (300) which is disposed above the filter part (100) and injects water or air to an upper surface of the filter part (100) to wash the filter part (100).
