Housing information panel system

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly contact a dweller to take appropriate response when an abnormality occurs in a dwelling unit. SOLUTION: A main control part 2 of a house information panel master unit 1A which receives an emergency call command by a transmission signal immediately controls a call switching part 34 to switch an input/output terminal Ta1 of a signal separation part 16 from a terminal Ta2 to which a communication line Lc from a door phone slave unit 50 is connected to a terminal Ta3 to which a communication line La is connected without making a call tone generation part of a voice generation part 18 generate a call tone as in the case of receiving a normal call command, and forcibly forms a communication line with an alarm monitoring panel 80. Consequently, the dweller of the dwelling unit is asked about situations from the alarm monitoring panel 80 via the house information panel master unit 1A to instruct an appropriate response, and treatment such as connection to a fire station or the like is performed.
