Oncocytic breast papilloma

A rare case of an intracystic oncocytic papilloma of the breast in a 34 year old woman is described. The light and electron microscopic differences between oncocytic and apocrine epithelial cells and the problem of oncocytic meta- or neoplasia are discussed.
