The nursing effect of evidence-based nursing for 264 cases of infantile diarrhea in autumn

Objective:To explore the nursing effect of appling evidence-based nursing to infants with infantile diarrhea in autumn.Methods:Two hundred and sixty-four infants with infantile diarrhea in autumn were divided into observation group(n=132) and control group(n=132).The routine symptomatic treatment was taken in two groups,and additional nursing of evidence-based nursing was carried out in observation group.After that,the efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results: The compared result of the disappearance time of diarrhea after admission between two groups,the observation group's scores was shorter than the control group(P0.01).The effective rate was 99.24% in observation group and 85.60% in control group,there were significant statistic meanins in the comparison between the two groups(P0.01).Conclusion:Comparing two nursing methods of infantile diarrhea in Autumn,the method directed by evidence-based nursing theory can shorten the course and the nursing care is more effective.
