30%TBP-煤油/HNO3体系在折流板脉冲萃取柱中的水力学性能

2007
The effects of the pulsed amplitude, pulsed frequency, flow velocity and flow ratio and the plate spacing on the hydrodynamics characteristics, such as flooding throughout, flooding-holdup and holdup were studied for 30 TBP-kerosene/HNO3 solution in a 100 mm-diameter discs and doughnuts pulsed extraction column. Experimental results show that flooding throughout increases with the decreasing of pulsation intensity and is independent of flow ratio and plate spacing; the effects of operation parameter and plate spacing on flooding-holdup can be neglected; the holdup is in proportion to the flow rate of the continuous phase and the flow ratio, and increases with the increasing of pulsed amplitude and plate spacing. Based on the presented data, empirical correlations for flooding throughout and the holdup are given.
