Pilot scale study of YD-CADS technique for gasoline ultradeep catalytic adsorption desulfurization

2014
YD-CADS combination technique for gasoline fixed-bed ultradeep catalytic adsorption desulfurization, jointly developed by Refining Chemical Company of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum(Group)Co.,Ltd.and Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics of Chinese Academy of Sciences, adopted series connection fixed-bed process for removing diolefins and catalytic adsorption desulfurization and used full range FCC gasoline as feedstock to produce ultralow sulfur clean gasoline.YD-CADS technique possessed the advantages of short process, low investment, small footprint and easy operation. The results of pilot scale application showed that when FCC gasoline with sulfur content of approximately 100 μg ·g-1was treated, the sulfur content of gasoline products dropped to below 10 μg·g-1,olefin saturation was less than 2%,the RON loss was less than 0.8 unit, the liquid yield was more than 99%,and hydrogen consumption was lower than 0.2%.
