Microstructure and superconductivity in ultrathin layers of YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7-δ

We have studied microstructures and superconductivity in ultrathin YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7-(delta ) (YBCO) films. We focus on the issues of terminating layer and superconductivity in surface layer of the film.
